Charlie graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2001. Upon graduating he obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University North Florida. He is a licensed Broker in Florida and Georgia with his main focus on tenant representation.

Brian Platock
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Brian has over 40 years of retail real estate experience in Jacksonville Market. Brian has been involved in numerous transactions and focus their efforts on Tenant representation.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
Brian started his career in 1986 as a Real Estate appraiser for Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller, Inc. in Orlando Florida. In 1989 he joined Lat Purser & Associates as a Leasing Representative. He served as First Vice President of the Jacksonville, Florida office for CB Richard Ellis where he represented a variety of national tenants. While at CB Richard Ellis, Brian was recognized many times for his numerous achievements. Prior to forming Florida Retail Group, Brian opened the Jacksonville office The Shopping Center Group in 2003, where he was a partner in the company until 2011.

Florida Retail Group was founded in early 2012 by Brian Platock and Sally Lee. Natives of Jacksonville with over 20 years of Real Estate experience each, they decided to open their own boutique Real Estate firm specializing in Tenant Representation for National and Regional Retail Tenants. Charlie Colyer joined Florida Retail Group in 2013 and he and Brian currently run and operate the business. Florida Retail Group covers all major markets in North Florida and South Georgia.
